How to make it

  • Sauté onions in oil over moderate heat until browned approximately 10 minutes.
  • Add remaining marmalade ingredients and reduce heat to low.
  • Simmer uncovered stirring occasionally for 20 minutes then remove from heat and let cool.
  • Serve with the cooked bratwurst on buns along with assorted mustards.
