How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 then mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
  • Beat vigorously 20 strokes then turn dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead 5 times.
  • Roll into a 15x9” rectangle then mix tomato paste with seasonings.
  • Spread over dough to within 1/2" from edges then sprinkle pepperoni and cheese over dough.
  • Roll up beginning at 15” side then pinch edges to seal.
  • Place roll seam side down on ungreased baking sheet then bake 20 minutes and cool 5 minutes.
  • Cut into slices and serve while hot.
