Ingredients

3 large green peppers,thin sliced

3 large sweet red peppers,thin sliced

2 Tbs olive oil

1-1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 c soft bread crumbs

Directions

Place peppers in two 15x10" baking pans. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper;toss to coat

Bake at 400 for 30-35 mins until tender and skins slightly blackened

Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 15-20 mins longer or till lightly browned.
