Ingredients
  • 6 Bananas (Philippine Plantain called "Saba" is preferable, but other types will do.)
  • 6 slices of streaky bacon
  • oil for frying
  • toothpicks

Directions
  1. Wrap the bacon all-around each banana, make sure that you start from the top of the banana and secure with a toothpick
  2. Fry in cooking oil until Bananas are golden brown
  3. Serve with eggs and toast!
