Sweet Cream Biscuits

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 TBL sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 TBL. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 pint heavy (whipping) cream shopping list
- melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Fold in heavy cream till it makes a soft dough.
- Turn out only floured surface & pat to 3/4-inch thickness.
- Cut in rounds or squares, dip in melted butter & arrange in buttered pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
