Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter and the 100 gms of sugar together
  • Add the 2 eggs and vanilla essence
  • Beat again
  • Add enough hazelnut meal to make a firm dough
  • Place teaspoonfuls of mix onto baking tray
  • Flatten down to make biscuit shape
  • Bake at 170 C for 20 -25 minutes
  • While biscuits are baking...................
  • Heat cream until boiling
  • Stir in the 2 tbsp sugar and reduce heat
  • Break chocolate into small pieces
  • Add the chocolate to the cream
  • Stir well to mix melted chocolate through
  • Serve into bowls while still warm
  • Use the hazelnut biscuits to dip into chocolate soup
