How to make it

  • Heat sugar into a heavy base saucepan until melted
  • Cook on low heat for 3 -5 mins
  • Add cream and stir well, make sure all sugar is dissolved
  • Add kahlua
  • Add chocolate in small pieces
  • Stir until fully dissolved and mixed through
  • Serve over anything 'cos it will make it taste great lol
  • The picture shows it served over cupcakes
