Rich Chocolate Sauce

This is an adults only, very rich chocolate sauce that will satisfy the most desperate chocoholic as well as dress up almost any cake or dessert to "fantastic feast" status
Ingredients
- 250 gms of brown sugar shopping list
- 250 mls cream shopping list
- 250 mls Kahlua shopping list
- 250 gms dark cooking chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Heat sugar into a heavy base saucepan until melted
- Cook on low heat for 3 -5 mins
- Add cream and stir well, make sure all sugar is dissolved
- Add kahlua
- Add chocolate in small pieces
- Stir until fully dissolved and mixed through
- Serve over anything 'cos it will make it taste great lol
- The picture shows it served over cupcakes
