Chili Dog Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients

4 beef franks ( you can choose whatever kind you like: turkey, chicken....)

1 Cup shredded cheese

1 can chili, no beans (about a 19oz size)

4 flour tortillas

Directions

Place one frank toward one end of the tortilla.

Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the chili along one side of the frank.

Sprinkle with a little of the cheese.

Gently, roll up the tortilla and place seam-side down in a sprayed pan.

Spoon the remaining chili over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese has melted.
