Old Timey Peach Cobbler

- 1 cup self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 can of fruit pie filling or canned fruit shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in 13" x 9" glass baking dish while preheating oven to 375 degrees.
- Take care not to burn butter.
- Remove from oven and let cool while mixing batter together.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk together and pour this mixture into the center of the dish containing the butter.
- Distribute fruit or pie filling evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- The crust will rise up around the fruit while baking.
- NOTE: If using apple or peach pie filling, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon may be added. To use fresh blueberries in this recipes, bring 2 cups fresh blueberries with 1/4 cup sugar in pan on stovetop to a boil, then pour over batter in baking dish.
