Mexican Dogs

If you like hot dogs like I do, any way you fix them is good. A little something different for those doggies.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. hot dogs( I like to use all beef) shopping list
- longhorn cheese strips shopping list
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas shopping list
- 1 can sloppy joe mix shopping list
- 1 sm. can enchilada sauce shopping list
- onion, diced shopping list
- Grated cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Roll hot dog with cheese strip into the tortillas
- Place folded side down in baking dish
- Sprinkle with onion
- Mix sloppy joe mix and enchilada sauce and pour over tortillas and top with grated cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
