If you like hot dogs like I do, any way you fix them is good. A little something different for those doggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. hot dogs( I like to use all beef)
  • Longhorn cheese strips
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 can sloppy joe mix
  • 1 sm. can enchilada sauce
  • Onion, diced
  • Grated cheese

Directions
  1. Roll hot dog with cheese strip into the tortillas
  2. Place folded side down in baking dish
  3. Sprinkle with onion
  4. Mix sloppy joe mix and enchilada sauce and pour over tortillas and top with grated cheese
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
