I needed to use my microwave for the cooking on our washington trip and I learned to cook eggs so they were still good and not rubbery.

- 6 eggs
- salt
- pepper
go view your shopping list

You need one of those mircowave cupcake cookers. It has 6 cupcake spots.
Use spray oil and spray each cup so the eggs do not stick. I used butter flavored.
Put an egg in each cupcake spot.
Season to taste.
Poke the yolk once to prevent popping and splatters.
Put it into the microwave and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Perfect! We really like these with sausage or bacon.
