Potatoes Cheese Balls

- 4-5 big potatoes shopping list
- 400gr hard cheese for examble, reggato, gratted shopping list
- 1 shopping list
- egg shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1- 11/2 cups oil shopping list
- flour to fold the balls. shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water and cook the potatoes until they are ready
- mash them in a large bawl and let them cool.
- add gratted chesse, egg and egg yolks.
- mix well and then form small balls.
- put in a fry pan the oil and let it get very hot.
- fold the balls in the flour and then fry.
- fry about 3 min each side until they are gold. dont overfry!
- let them cool
- (if you like you can taste with basil or oregano. dont put salt thogh. the cheese is salty enough)
- enjoy.
