How to make it

  • Boil water and cook the potatoes until they are ready
  • mash them in a large bawl and let them cool.
  • add gratted chesse, egg and egg yolks.
  • mix well and then form small balls.
  • put in a fry pan the oil and let it get very hot.
  • fold the balls in the flour and then fry.
  • fry about 3 min each side until they are gold. dont overfry!
  • let them cool
  • (if you like you can taste with basil or oregano. dont put salt thogh. the cheese is salty enough)
  • enjoy.
