Fiesta Salsa With Fruit Recipe
This salsa with a kick goes great on the side side for any grilled fish or meat. It also makes a great topping for burgers or sandwiches. The flavors blend together well and adds eye appeal to any dish.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. chopped cranberries ( 2 cups)
  • 1 small apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1small pear, peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled, seeded, sectioned and finely chopped
  • 1 shallot , finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, sliced thin
  • 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1T white wine vinegar

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in medium bowl
  2. Stir all ingedients together
  3. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight
  4. Makes 3 cups
  5. Enjoy
