Ingredients

1 quart vodka

1 large bunch fresh tarragon sprigs rinsed and patted dry

1 tablespoon mixed whole peppercorns

1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together then rebottle and allow favors to infuse for at least one week before consuming.

You know, Sub Rosa Spirits in Oregon makes a very nice Tarragon vodka. You can get it over the Internet. I think it has tarragon and some mint added. It's 90 proof, dry as dry as a bone and damn tasty. Check it out at http://www.subrosaspirits.com
