this is a quick and easy recipe...i have not made this one but I do have one other recipe that uses jello as the thickener and it is a great quick jam...most of my jam recipes are made without jello but sometimes it is nice to have something differen... More

Ingredients
  • 5 cups peaches, mashed fine
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple (as it comes in the can)
  • 7 cups sugar
  • 1 large box peach Jello gelatin

Directions
  1. Mix peaches, pineapple, and sugar together and cook for about 20 minutes, after it has come to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Stir well and pour into clean glasses. Seal
