this is a quick and easy recipe...i have not made this one but I do have one other recipe that uses jello as the thickener and it is a great quick jam...most of my jam recipes are made without jello but sometimes it is nice to have something different. - 2 cups crushed pineapple (as it comes in the can)
- 7 cups sugar
- 1 large box peach Jello gelatin

Ingredients

5 cups peaches, mashed fine shopping list
2 cups crushed pineapple (as it comes in the can) shopping list
7 cups sugar shopping list
1 large box peach Jello gelatin shopping list

How to make it

Mix peaches, pineapple, and sugar together and cook for about 20 minutes, after it has come to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Stir well and pour into clean glasses. Seal
