Sour Cherry Salsa

With a can of tart cherries and nothing to do with them I made this up tonight, I think it turned out quite well and I will make this often. If you are a fan of cilantro (I am not) it would work well in this salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 can of tart cherries shopping list
- 1 small yellow onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- salt shopping list
- olive oil (I used the roasted red pepper infused oil I made last night) shopping list
How to make it
- Drain the cherries
- chop the onion very fine and add to the cherries
- same with the garlic
- I used quite a bit of the salt to cut the last bit of sweet from the cherry
- drizzle your olive oil and stir
- enjoy!
