This was one of Lady Hanson’s favourites when she had a mild curry

Ingredients
  • 1 apple, peeled cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon, seedless raisins
  • 1 Pinch, of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch, of paprika pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • One pinch, of sugar
  • Juice of one lemon

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, add the salt and sugar to taste, and lemon juice to sharpen.
  2. Serve immediately.
