How to make it

  • Spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over mediium-high heat until hot. Sprinkle veal cutlets with salt and pepper.
  • Cook cutlets 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
  • In same skillet, combine milk and flour; blend well. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in wine, parsley and a dash of salt. Cook until hot.
  • Serve sauce over veal.
