Veal Marsala Recipe
A savory entree' Veal with just the right amount of spices. This was originally a cookbook recipe but it was too dry. So we improvised. Now it is a fantastic treat.

Ingredients
  • 2 medium veal cutlet
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Marsala wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 dash salt

Directions
  1. Spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over mediium-high heat until hot. Sprinkle veal cutlets with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook cutlets 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In same skillet, combine milk and flour; blend well. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in wine, parsley and a dash of salt. Cook until hot.
  4. Serve sauce over veal.
