How to make it

  • Combine everything in a small pan with 100ml water
  • Bring to the boil and simmer over a moderate heat until soft (about 5 mins)
  • Put in a blender and season with salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp)
  • Blitz all the ingredients into a paste.
  • Return to the pan for a further 10 mins (don't let the mixture catch the botton of the pan)
  • Allow to cool and keep in the fridge
  • (This will keep indefinitly in the fridge)

    Just before I posted my own recipe for the same named "Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce" - I thought I would check out what else is already out there.
    Lots of concotions but your's is the closest to what should be posted under that title. Nice recipe 5/5
