Quick and easy recipe for spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach,thawed
- 6 (.75 oz) wedges Laughing Cow light garlic and herb processed cheese
Directions
- In microwave-safe bowl,combine spinach and cheese. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 mins. or till hot. Stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Hmmm Never tried the Laughing Cow processed cheese. Does it taste like Velveeta or American? I love creamed spinach though. ;')
