How to make it

  • In pan, melt butter
  • Add crumbs crackers and seasonings
  • Toss in scallops
  • Turn into ungreased casserole
  • Pour heavy cream overall
  • Bake at 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown
  • Garnish with fresh basil
  • Happy Eating!!
