Ritas Scallop Casserole

- 11/2 lbs. sea scallops quartered shopping list
- 11/2 sticks butter shopping list
- 1 cup Ritz crackers rolled shopping list
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 shakes seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- In pan, melt butter
- Add crumbs crackers and seasonings
- Toss in scallops
- Turn into ungreased casserole
- Pour heavy cream overall
- Bake at 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown
- Garnish with fresh basil
