Mexican Chocolate Cheesecake

- Crust: 2 cups chocolate wafers, crushed shopping list
- 1/4 cup raw sugar(or light brown) shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. butter, softened shopping list
- Filling: 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted shopping list
- 3/4 tea. almond extract shopping list
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Crust:
- Blend crumbs, sugar and butter completely.
- Butter sides and bottom of 10" spring-pan.
- Press crumb mixture onto sides and bottom of pan.
- Set in fridge.
- Filling:
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add chocolate, butter, almond extract, and cinnamon.
- Add cream and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes, or until sides are firm.
- Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
