Ingredients
  • 4 lbs pork tenderloin (will porbably be two pieces in the package)
  • 1/3 c A1 Steak Sauce
  • 1/3 c Olive Oil
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Dash red pepper flakes
  • 3 T Worcestershire
  • 1 T low sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 splash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T minced onion (dried or fresh)
  • Zest from a lemon
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Directions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients for marinade
  2. Place tenderloins in large ziploc baggie and pour most of the marinade over (save about 1/3 c)
  3. Seal baggie and massage marinade over meat until well coated
  4. If frozen, marinate in fridge over night and the next day
  5. Fresh, about 2-4 hours will be enough
  6. Preheat oven to 325
  7. Place tenderloins in large roasting pan, pour reserved marinad over*, and cover pan tightly with foil
  8. Roast approximately 45 minutes, until instant read thermometer reaches 165
  9. Allow to rest about 5-10 minutes
  10. Slice thinly, on the diagonal
  11. ***NOTE***
  12. I served with sauteed veggies - onions, red pepper, mushrooms, sqaush, zuchinni and grape tomato. Melted some boutter in a pan with olive oil, and tossed the veggies in most the reserved marinade.
  13. I served the leftovers as a baked sandwich on deli rolls, with the "au jus" from the tenderloin and swiss/provolone cheese.
