How to make it

  • Preheat grill to med-high. Place tilapia,2 Tb oil,1 Tb lime juice,chili powder and lemon pepper in a gallon-size resealable food bag. Toss to coat. Let stand 10 mins
  • Grill 6 to 8 mins. or till fish flakes easily when tested with fork,carefully turning once during cooking.
  • Combine remaining ingredients,except tortillas in a med. bowl;set aside.
  • Layer fish,coleslaw mix,guacamole and pico de gallo,if desired,on bottom of tortillas. Tightly roll up bottom and sides of tortilla. Cut in half on angle to serve. Serve with lime wedges, if desired
