Grilled Baja Burritos

- 1 lb tilapia fillets shopping list
- 4 Tb. vegetable oil,divided shopping list
- 3 Tb. lime juice,divided shopping list
- 2 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp lemon pepper shopping list
- 3 c coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 Tb vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 8 (7")flour tortillas shopping list
- guacamole,pico de gallo,lime wedges (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill to med-high. Place tilapia,2 Tb oil,1 Tb lime juice,chili powder and lemon pepper in a gallon-size resealable food bag. Toss to coat. Let stand 10 mins
- Grill 6 to 8 mins. or till fish flakes easily when tested with fork,carefully turning once during cooking.
- Combine remaining ingredients,except tortillas in a med. bowl;set aside.
- Layer fish,coleslaw mix,guacamole and pico de gallo,if desired,on bottom of tortillas. Tightly roll up bottom and sides of tortilla. Cut in half on angle to serve. Serve with lime wedges, if desired

these sound good... I saw a "throw down" with Bobby Flay on TV and they were making something very similar... and they looked and sounded so good...thanks for posting... five forks
