Ingredients

12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, any kind you'd like as long as it melts great..Swiss, Gruyere, Fontina, Cheddar

1/3 cup scallion, chopped

2 cups milk

1 cup Bisquick

4 eggs

1 tomato, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Grease 10 inch pie plate with butter

Layer bacon, cheese and onion on bottom of plate

Beat remaining ingredients until blended

Pour into pie plate

Top with sliced tomato

Bake 35-40 minutes, until knife comes out clean
