Cheese and Bacon Pie

Quick and easy...Great with a green salad
Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, any kind you'd like as long as it melts great..Swiss, gruyere, fontina, Cheddar shopping list
- 1/3 cup scallion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup Bisquick shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 tomato, sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Grease 10 inch pie plate with butter
- Layer bacon, cheese and onion on bottom of plate
- Beat remaining ingredients until blended
- Pour into pie plate
- Top with sliced tomato
- Bake 35-40 minutes, until knife comes out clean

Oh yaeh anything with BACON has to be delish....great post.i have some wild bore bacon I just got back so this will be it testing ....GREAT POST
