How to make it

  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, chopped strawberries, jam, honey, lemon juice and zest until combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  • On each skewer, alternately thread the strawberries, cheese cubes and cantaloupe. Serve with dip. Yield: 8 kabobs and 2 cups dip.
