Ingredients

2 each 8 oz. packages Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened

1-1/3 cups fresh sliced strawberries

1/4 cup strawberry jam

3 Tbsp. honey

2 teas. lemon juice

2 teas. lemon zest

24 strawberries

16 each 1" cubes mozzarella cheese

16 each cantaloupe 1" balls

8 bamboo skewers

Directions

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, chopped strawberries, jam, honey, lemon juice and zest until combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

On each skewer, alternately thread the strawberries, cheese cubes and cantaloupe. Serve with dip. Yield: 8 kabobs and 2 cups dip.
