- 2 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 jalapeno chilies, finely chopped seeds and ribs removed. shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp. ground all-spice shopping list
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme shopping list
- 4 scallions, chopped and trimmed shopping list
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil In small saute pan over med. heat. When oil shimmers, add jalapenos and garlic & saute until garlic starts to color, about 3 min.
- Add all-spice, cinnamon, brown sugar, and cayenne and cook, stir constantly, until sugar melts and mixture starts to clump together. Remove from heat & let cool.
- Add mixture to a blender, combine thyme, ginger, salt, white pepper, lime juice, scallions, and red wine vinegar, blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for up to 10 days.
