How to make it

  • Heat oil In small saute pan over med. heat. When oil shimmers, add jalapenos and garlic & saute until garlic starts to color, about 3 min.
  • Add all-spice, cinnamon, brown sugar, and cayenne and cook, stir constantly, until sugar melts and mixture starts to clump together. Remove from heat & let cool.
  • Add mixture to a blender, combine thyme, ginger, salt, white pepper, lime juice, scallions, and red wine vinegar, blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for up to 10 days.
