This is always a hit. The sweetness of the brown sugar, and the spicyness of the chili powder is a great combo.

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4)
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Slice bacon into 1/3 pieces. Wrap each cube of chicken with bacon a secure with toothpick. I prefer pepper bacon, but maple or regular work just fine too.
- Combine brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge chicken wraps in mixture and place in greased baking dish. Bake at 360 for 30-35 minutes.
