Green Curry Paste

- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil shopping list
- 10 bird's eye chilies or 6 habanero chilies seeded and ribs removed (leave seeds and ribs if you like spicier) shopping list
- 2 lemongrass stalks finely chopped, tender inner part only. shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- One 3 inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated shopping list
- 2 limes grated zest shopping list
- 1 lrg. red onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree to a chunky paste.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
