Chicken Tarragon with Red Grapes and Walnuts

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts poached shopping list
- 6 ounces seedless red grapes shopping list
- 1/2 cup toasted walnut halves shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Shred or chop cooked chicken into bite size pieces.
- Cut grapes in half lengthways and combine with chicken and toasted walnuts.
- Place chopped tarragon in a very small dish or cup and add about 1 teaspoon boiling water.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and wet tarragon.
- Fold dressing into chicken mixture and chill until ready to serve.
