THIS IS A VERY FLAVORFUL CAKE WITH YUMMY ICING. ALSO VERY LIGHT TASTING. MY DAUGHTER LOVES THIS.

Ingredients
  • 1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
  • 2 CANS DRAINED MANDARIAN ORANGES
  • SAVE MANDARIAN JUICE OFF TO SIDE.
  • 2 LG COOL WHIP
  • 2 BOXES OF DRY VANILLA PUDDING
  • 1 LG CAN DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE

Directions
  1. BAKE CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO BOX LEAVING OUT WATER,
  2. USE JUICE FROM DRAINED MANDARIAN ORANGES FOR AMOUNT OF WATER INSTEAD.
  3. ADD DRAINED MANDARIAN ORANGES TO CAKE MIX, IT WILL BE A LITTLE THIN , BEAT WELL.
  4. POUR INTO NON STICK CAKE PAN AND BAKE AS DIRECTED.
  5. AFTER CAKE IS DONE ,, LET COOL COMPLETELY THEN
  6. IN LARGE BOWL FOR....... FROSTING,,,,,,
  7. DRAIN PINEAPPLE JUICE OFF, YOU WON'T NEED IT, THEN BLEND COOL WHIP DRY PUDDING AND CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
  8. TOGETHER IN LG BOWL.
  9. THEN FROST COOLED CAKE , REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MIN.
  10. ENJOY!!!!
