This is a recipe that our exchange student from Brazil made. It turns out like little chocolate caramel candy balls.

Ingredients
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons Nestle quick chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • chocolate sprinkles

Directions
  1. In medium sauce pan cook all ingredients except sprinkles over medium heat
  2. STIR CONSTANTLY (15-25 minutes)
  3. Mix until it gets hard to stir
  4. Let it cool just a bit
  5. Butter fingers
  6. Make a ball on a spoon and roll in chocolate sprinkles
