Its classic turkish döner .but with chicken this one is home made style .

Ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 1 cup ground chicken
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 1 tspoon oregano
  • 2 tbspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbspoon curry
  • 1 tbspoon thyme
  • 2 tbspoon soysauce(for softness)
  • 1tbspoon tomato paste
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 garlic clove smashed
  • Black pepper ,grounded red pepper and salt
  • chicken döner yogurt sauce:
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cucumber (without seed),grated , squeezed
  • 1tbspoon dill(cutted)
  • 1 garlic cloves smashed with salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt and black pepper

Directions
  1. Doner sauce:Mix all ingridients and serve with chicken döner…
  2. making doner :
  3. Add to onion ,oregano,olive oil ,curry thyme,soysauce,tomato paste,milk, smashed garlic, black pepper ,grounded red pepper and salt in to the gorund chicken
  4. Knead and give it a round shape then place in the middel of the 2 pieces of chicken breast.
  5. Cover in plastic wrap and leave in the freezer overnight..
  6. The next day remove them from the fridge 45 minutes before cutting.. use a knife or meat cutter to shred it..then fry in a teflon pan (careful nt to over-fry) on both sides(3-4 minutes)
  7. Serve inside a bread corner or on a pita with ygurt sauce and tomato slices if u like u can add lettuce and onion slices ,french fries..
