delicious! 'can't go wrong with SWEET (corn), SPICY (chili powder), and TANGY (lime) flavors my one substitution: 1/2 tsp of fresh, minced garlic instead of garlic salt. crumbled Cotija CheeseThat's what makes the street corn good.

This is a great dish! Down here in Texas (the closer you get to Mexico, the better life gets!) we eat this all the time it's called Elote. They do the same but cut the kernals off the corn and serve it all in a styroform cup with parmesan cheese on top, we get it in front of the Mexican store we shop at from a little Mexican woman. (The 1st time I served my Mexican wife corn on the cobb and she started rubbing Mayonnaise all over her corn I thought what the heck, now I know)
