Charleston Receipts Hot Pepper Jelly

- 1 quart green bell peppers, seeded shopping list
- 1 cup jalepeno peppers shopping list
- 1 1/2 quarts vinegar shopping list
- 14 cups sugar shopping list
- Red, green or yellow food coloring shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups certo shopping list
How to make it
- Grind the peppers in a blender with small amount of vinegar
- Add the rest of the vinegar, sugar, and food coloring
- Boil 5-10 minutes
- Add 2 1/2 cups certo
- Boil 1 minute
- Put in jars and seal
- Serve with crackers and cream cheese or meats
