How to make it

  • • the leaves. chop them finely.
  • • Heat palm oil in a wok and quickly stir fry the fish meat and shrimp over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • • Add lemongrass, garlic and lemon grass and grounded peanuts Stir fry till the fish and shrimp cook., about 2 minutes
  • • Toss in the leaves and turn up the heat. Add the diluted coconut milk, cook for another 10 minutes. Do not boil it, just simmer
  • • Season with salt and pinch of sugar
  • • Remove the lemongrass,. Serve warm with rice pilaf
