Cassava Leaves With Shrimp And Fish

                    - 1 bunch cassava leaves (or spinach if u dont have cassava leaves) shopping list
 - 1 tablespoon palm oil shopping list
 - 1 cup coconut milk shopping list
 - 1/4 cup fish meat (bones removed) shopping list
 - ¼ cup ground peanuts shopping list
 - 1 cloves garlic shopping list
 - ½ cup shrimps shopping list
 - salt to taste shopping list
 - lemon Grass shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - • the leaves. chop them finely.
 - • Heat palm oil in a wok and quickly stir fry the fish meat and shrimp over low heat for 5 minutes.
 - • Add lemongrass, garlic and lemon grass and grounded peanuts Stir fry till the fish and shrimp cook., about 2 minutes
 - • Toss in the leaves and turn up the heat. Add the diluted coconut milk, cook for another 10 minutes. Do not boil it, just simmer
 - • Season with salt and pinch of sugar
 - • Remove the lemongrass,. Serve warm with rice pilaf
