Baked Halibut Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. Halibut fillet, cut into 6 serving pieces, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Lemons, sliced, plus 2 more thinly sliced for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon cello liquor
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper and paprika.
  3. Place fish in a buttered shallow baking dish and sprinkle with garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs.
  4. Place lemon slices on fish, lemon cello, and add water almost to top of fish.
  5. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes until fish is firm and crumbs are golden brown.
  6. Remove lemon slices, dot with butter and place under broiler until browned.
  7. Garnish with thin lemon slices.

However~~~I don't think this recipe would adapt
very well to microwave?
