Potatoes and Onions on the Grill

How to make it
- Scrub 4 medium size new potatoes with scins left on
- poke holes in potatoes and microwave for 5 minuets
- use two sheets of wide, heavy-duty tin foil, layer the sheets and spread olive oil over the inside surface
- quarter the potatoes and 2 small onions and place in the middle of the tin foil
- add a few slices of butter on top and season with salt and pepper
- add left over meat if desired,( I used some leftover roast beef) just chop it up into smaller chunks.
- fold tin foil from the sides and roll it down till tight, then fold the ends in to seal the packet.
- place on a medium grill for about 25 minuets, turning a couple of times.
