Chicken Enchilada Bake

- 4-1/2 c cubed cooked rotisserie chicken shopping list
- 1 can (28 oz.) green enchilada sauce shopping list
- 1-1/4 c (10 oz) sour cream shopping list
- 9 corn tortillas (6") cut into 1-1/2" pieces shopping list
- 4 c (16 oz) Monteray Jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a greased 9x13" baking dish,layer half of the chicken,enchilada sauce,sour cream,tortillas and cheese. Repeat layers
- Cover and bake at 375 for 40 mins. Uncover,bake 10 mins. longer or till bubbly. Let stand 15 mins before serving.
