this dish is a easy delicious way to make chicken and its a great way to bake chicken that turns out moist with a crispy breading.

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1cups of bread crumbs
  • 1 tbs. seasoning salt
  • 1 tbs. chicken seasoning
  • 1tbs. garlic pepper salt
  • 1tbs. poultry seasoning
  • 1cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • i measure my ingredients by eye so i estimated how much i use. feel free to use less or more to your taste.

Directions
  1. first mix milk and eggs in a bowl
  2. in another bowl mix seasonings and bread crumbs and flour
  3. rinse thawed chicken off
  4. dip chicken in milk and eggs
  5. then cover in flour bread crumb mixture
  6. place in greased baking pan
  7. repeat for remaining chicken and cook at 350 degrees for 30 min. uncovered
