Economizer Seafood Salad

- 8 oz. pkg. imitation crabmeat shopping list
- 8 oz. pkg. imitation lobster meat shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced onion shopping list
- 4 teaspoons finely diced fresh chives shopping list
- 1 -2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon leaves shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, lightly toss the crabmeat, lobster meat, celery, chives and tarragon together.
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and mustard. Add the dressing to the crabmeat mixture and stir until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
