How to make it

  • In saucepan,melt the butter.
  • Stir in your sugar,and spice.
  • Bring to a boil,stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
  • Then boil sugar mixture 3 minutes longer.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the smooth Liqueur,stir until well blended.
  • Add the nuts.
  • Spread evenly on a greased sheet.
  • Bake in a hot oven,425 degress for 8 minutes(or)until done.
  • Roll in remaining sugar.
  • Allow to cool.
  • GEE WHIZ!! I feel as old as "Methuselah"..."Sputnik" was the first earth orbiting 'artificial ' satellite...It was launched into orbit by the Soviet Union around the first of October 1957
