Quick Chocolate Pudding Fudge

This is a rich, creamy, quick "chocolate fix" that even non coconut lovers will find hard to resist! When eaten at room temperature, it's a rich pudding. When chilled, it's fudge. Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder shopping list
- 4-6 teaspoons honey, or to taste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Tropical Traditions coconut cream Concentrate shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Virgin coconut oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional shopping list
- coarsely chopped walnuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well, except the nuts. Add nuts, if desired, and mix through.
- To make fudge: Double or triple recipe, spread in a pan lined with parchment paper and chill until firm; cut into squares.
