This was my dinner tonight although I couldn't eat all of it in one sitting! The rest will be lunch tomorrow. I drained and rinsed the cannellini beans and added some red onion as well. Probably about 3 tablespoons or so. I used cherry tomatoes from my garden - a big handful - and just cut them in half. I also used basil from my garden and, not being sure how much a bunch is, I used 10 leaves. Very nice. Added my picture and this is now in IMI 10/7/14
