Tuna White Bean and Tomato Salad

- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp red wine vinegar shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1 can cannellini beans shopping list
- 1 can tune, drained shopping list
- 1 medium heirloom tomato, chopped shopping list
- 1 bunch basil, chiffonade shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; blend well
- Add the beans, tuna, tomato, and basil; gently stir
- Cover and chill for 1 hour
- Good when eaten with a side of crusty bread to help sop up the juices
