Peanutbutter Truffels Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanutbutter chips
- 1/3 cup light syrup{Karo}
- 1/2 cup creamy peanutbutter
- 1/2 cup high fiber ceral like{Kashi}
- 1/4 cup semisweet choc. morsels
Directions
- In medium saucepan over low heat cook peanutbutter chips and light corn syrup 2 minutes or till melted
- Stir in 1/2 cup peanutbutter untill blended
- remove from heat
- Add 1 -1/2 cups cereal
- using 1 TBS. meaure scoop peanutbutter- cereal mixture to form 22 balls
- arrange on waxed paper lined cookie sheet Drizzle truffels with choc. morsels melted
