Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup light mayoniae
  • 1 pkg 8 oz. light cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 4 scallions sliced
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. red hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Woorcherstershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmeasan cheese
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat picked over to remove cartilage
  • 1/4 cup parsely chopped
  • {May omit crab and use Shrimp}

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees spray a 6 oz. cup shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside
  2. In a large bowl stir togehter mayoniase, cream cheese, Milk scallions ,lemon juice,red pepper sauce worchesterdhire sauce, Garlic salt and 1/4 cup parmeasan cheese until smooth
  3. Gently stir in crab meat to keep from breaking up to finely spoon mixture evenly into baking dish
  4. sprinkle remaining parmeasan cheese over top crab mixture
  5. Bake 350 for 30 minutes untill lightly brown let stand 5 minutes
  6. Sprikle chopped Parsely over top serve warm with your favorite dip chip.
