Microwave Peach Crisp

This is a good way to use up fresh peaches.
Ingredients
- 3 or 4 fresh sliced peaches shopping list
- 1/4 cup Bisquick mix shopping list
- 1/4c. quick cooking oatmeal shopping list
- 1/4c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange peach slices in bottom of a microwave dish, 8"x8"x2". Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Microwave on high 10 mins. Cool 5minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

Nice and quick. The oatmeal doesn't really cook much so its a little chewy but it tastes good. Ready to eat after the 5 minute cool time. I used three peaches. A little bit more in IMI. 7/26/15
