How to make it

  • In a lrg. bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, garlic, anchovies, capers, parsley, chile, olive oil, basil, and salt. Mix well and let stand for 1 hour.
  • Cook penne until al dente (firm but not hard), stir frequently.
  • Drain pasta, add to sauce, mix well and serve.

    Great recipe .... Dont you cook the sauce at all ? I would simmer the sauce in a saucepan until all water has evaporated .. gusto perfeto !!
