Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat griddle or non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  • Lay your wheat bread slices side by side on a cutting board. Spread both slices with mayonnaise or salad dressing. Then start layering on one slice:
  • Turkey slices
  • Provolone cheese
  • Avocado slices
  • Bacon slices
  • Blue Cheese slices
  • Tomato slices
  • Lettuce
  • And top with your second slice of bread.
  • Spread butter on outside of each side of sandwich. Place on griddle or skillet and grill until nicely browned on each side. Remove and slice in half. I put tooth picks in each side of sandwich to hold them together. Enjoy!
