Quick And Easy Muenster Chicken Recipe
Served over rice and with a salad and so easy and looks and tastes like a gourmet entree.

Ingredients
  • Four boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • )ne cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • Eight ounces of thinly sliced Muenster cheese
  • Two cups of any good white wine

Directions
  1. Pound chicken till flat
  2. Roll moistened chicken inbread crumbs
  3. Spray pan with Pam spray
  4. Brown slightly on each side
  5. Cover chicken with the wine
  6. Cover and simmer about fifteen minutes
  7. Uncover and place cheese slices over chicken
  8. Cover and contiue cooking about twenty-twenty-five minutes longer
  9. Serve over cooked rice (or noodles if prefered)
  10. {sometimes I add spinach or mushrooms }
