How to make it

  • Pound chicken till flat
  • Roll moistened chicken inbread crumbs
  • Spray pan with Pam spray
  • Brown slightly on each side
  • Cover chicken with the wine
  • Cover and simmer about fifteen minutes
  • Uncover and place cheese slices over chicken
  • Cover and contiue cooking about twenty-twenty-five minutes longer
  • Serve over cooked rice (or noodles if prefered)
  • {sometimes I add spinach or mushrooms }
